Now offering home health care services within the Hampton Roads! We provide Personal Care, Respite Care and Private Duty.
(IIH) is a program designed to wrap-around a child and their family during the crisis to bring stability and maintain the child in the home environment. This program is a stabilization and preventive service focused on children or adolescents who are at risk to be moved from their home environment.
Mental Health Skill-building Services
(MHSS) is an intensive, home-based service that is designed to assist the client in obtaining independence or stability within the community. The program is available to older adolescents and adults who have long term mental health needs, cognitive deficiencies or dual diagnoses.
Are designed to provide therapeutic interventions to individuals who feel the need to address emotional, behavioral and psychological concerns. The focus of outpatient psychotherapy is to improve an individual’s well-being and functioning.
Mobile Crisis Stabilization
We undertand that a mental health crises can happen anytime. In these moments, fast and efficient assistance is needed. This is why we make sure that we have our mental health professionals available to respond 24 hours a day.
Therapeutic Day Treatment
Our TDT program provides interventions and therapy services, in both the school and home, designed to successfully address a child’s mental health, emotional, and behavioral issues that create a barrier to learning.
Provides one-on-one mentoring program which requires 3 to 4 hours per week for one year. We match adults ages 20 and older with children in the community ages 6-17. Mentors form a trusting friendship and serve as a role models to the youth, many whom come from single parent homes or from foster care homes.
